探讨七氟醚联合N2O吸入麻醉对老年大鼠短期及长期学习与记忆能力的影响。方法:将40只18月龄SD大鼠随机分配入麻醉组和对照组。麻醉组给予1.3%七氟醚+50% N2O吸入4 h,对照组给予50% O2吸入4 h。两组均于麻醉48 h后进行连续6 d的定航训练,并分别于第7、14天进行空间探索实验。水迷宫实验结束后,大鼠断头取脑,分别采用Western印迹法和免疫组化检测海马细胞凋亡情况。
